I Support both Windows and macOS, alongside networks, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, email, printers, websites, accounts and other business technology.

Support can be provided remotely or on site where appropriate.

If the problem is bigger than something that simply needs fixing, I can help you work out what needs to change.

That might mean reviewing your existing IT, improving security, simplifying systems, planning an upgrade, choosing new software, improving Microsoft 365 or SharePoint, developing digital processes, or finding better ways to connect the services you already use.

The focus is always on finding a solution that fits how you actually work — not introducing technology for the sake of it.

Independent, practical advice

I work particularly with small businesses, charities, arts and cultural organisations, community groups and small teams without dedicated in-house IT.

As an independent consultant, I’m not tied to particular products, platforms or suppliers. If what you already have can be made to work better, I’ll tell you that rather than trying to sell you something new.
